All the items include custom made and standard size gowns are made from scratch,it will takes 1-2 weeks,and then send them out by FEDEX,DHL or UPS that will take about 2-8 days to you. so please wait for your parcel patience!if you need a rush order,please send us an email with the order number.

Cancelling

You must contact us within 24 hours after you placed the order.

Refunds and Exchanges

1.We accept returning,replacement and full refund if the dresses are in the status of obvious wrong size,wrong color,wrong style,damaged and other situation that we made.
2.You must contact us within 2 days from the reception of your dress. We only accept returns on standard size dresses in perfect status , brand new condition (no smoke,no scents ,no make up stains, no alterations).
